AECB has been selected as General Contractor/Construction Manager by the City of Heber Springs, for Spring Park Improvements and will be accepting sealed bids from qualified Trade Contractors. Each bid, in-excess-of $50,000, will include a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid offered. It will be in the form of a cashiers check or insurance surety bond. Bond is to be made payable to AECB. All bids shall be submitted in accordance with all state, regulatory and licensing requirements. To be considered, bidders must be licensed on day of bid. AECB and the City of Heber Springs reserve the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid. AECB and the City of Heber Springs encourages all small, minority-owned, and women-owned or disadvantaged business enterprises to submit bids on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction.
