For DNR Parks Division - ARPA Improvements The Building Michigan Together Plan includes funding for the DNR Parks and Recreation Division (PRD) through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) to complete improvements at Michigan State Parks across the state. The list of projects identified for utilizing the State of Michigan Construction Management Services delivery method is shown in the Project List Spreadsheet Attachment C. It is anticipated that projects will be modified, added, or removed during the course of the program. The projects have been grouped in four different regions, each region containing two DNR PRD Districts. The intent is that a CM will only be awarded a single region, so there will be four separate CM contracts issued by the State to four different CMs, one for each region. There will be multiple DNR & DTMB stakeholders involved with each region. The regions are: o Region #1: Eastern UP District & Western UP District o Region #2: Gaylord District & Roscommon District o Region #3: Cadillac District & Plainwell District o Region #4: Rose Lake District & Metro District CMs may submit a Part 2 Cost Proposal for one or more regions but if submitting for more than one region rank the regions by preference on the Cost Proposal for Owner consideration. If you are submitting for more than one region, clearly note that in your proposal. As part of "III-11 Project Approach, Management Summary, Work Plan" the CM is to indicate their approach and staffing plan for each region they are submitting for. Include information indicating why you believe your firm is best situated to be selected for the regions you are submitting for. Multiple bid packages will be needed, prepared by multiple A/E firms. Projects are listed separately but bidding can be combined for any projects within a region. The CM entity will provide input on the phasing/sequencing of 6-26 construction.
