Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in St George, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
* Award subject to final approval. The project is located on Mount Pleasant Road in the Town of St. George and generally includes but is not necessarily limited to supply and installation of imported gravels, imported fill, asphalt paving, concrete curb, asphalt sidewalk, storm pipe, storm manholes and catch basins. The project will also require the restoration of topsoil and hydraulic seeding and topsoil and sodding. Questions shall be directed to: David Morgan, P. Bidders must be registered with CBCL Limited by emailing klester@cbcl.ca, 48 hours prior to the tender closing to have their bid submission accepted. A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of St. George, in the amount of 10% of the tender price must also accompany each Tender. The Town of St. George reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
