Site work for a water / sewer project in Bryan, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in the Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than June 30, 2023. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Williams County and the City of Bryan, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration, 614-644-2223. The Contractor shall promptly comply and cause all subcontractors to promptly comply with all state and federal laws regarding drug-free workplace. The Council of the City of Bryan reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids. Bids and/or bid attachments executed by other than the president of a corporation, partner of a partnership or owner of a sole proprietorship shall be accompanied by a notarized statement executed by the president and secretary in the case of a corporation, by a partner in the case of a partnership or by the owner of a sole proprietorship authorizing said signatory party to act for the corporation, partnership or sole proprietorship. All bids must be made on the required bidform. The bidform shall not be removedfrom the bound contract documents. All blank spaces for bid prices must be filled in, in blue ink or typewritten and the bid form, including other required statements, must be fully completed and executed when submitted. Only one copy ofthe bid form is required. NO BID QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED AFTER 12:00 PM ON FRIDAY, October 7, 2022 as no addendum can be issued after this time
