Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Bluff, Utah. Working plans call for the renovation of a 1,000-square-foot clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Town of Bluff will accept proposals from qualified architects, architectural firms, engineers, engineering firms, and general contractors for the renovation of the Bluff Community Center ("BCC") to include new ADA access to the west side of the BCC, ADA compliant drinking fountains and bathrooms, renovation of five office spaces, and exterior drainage and foundation work. The size of the space is approximately 1000 square feet. A bid bond of five percent (5%) must accompany each bid to be considered. The selected applicant will be required to obtain a performance bond of 100% of the contract price within two (2) weeks of contract award. The selected applicant will be required to produce documentation of a payment bond of 100% of the contract price to ensure payment to all persons supplying labor and materials. This project is partially funded through a Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The contractor will be required to comply with all federal labor standards and attendant laws, including the payment of the most current Davis-Bacon wages and compliance with Section 3 to provide employment opportunities for lower income persons. Local, minority and woman-owned business owners are encouraged to bid. The lowest responsible bidder will be selected.
