Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bluff, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Town of Bluff (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Calf Canyon Road Repair/ 7th West Curb The Project includes the following Work: Calf Canyon Road has water related damage and is to be repaired and install riprap on the roadway embankment. 7th West is to have asphalt sawcut and removed and replaced with curb and gutter. Bids will be received for a single contract. The Project has an expected duration of 45 calendar days. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from online. Question Deadline 05/08/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are due in writing to Katie Andrews, Project Coordinator, at katie.a@jonesanddemille.com. Deadline to submit Questions electronically. For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Owner may reject any or all bids submitted.
