Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bluff, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Qualified fire sprinkler contractors are invited to submit proposals for the design and installation of a wet-pipe fire suppression system for the Town of Bluff Cooperative Cultural Center, located at 630 E Black Locust Avenue, Bluff, UT 84512. The building was originally constructed in the early 1950s as Bluff Elementary and has been added onto and remodeled several times. It is being repurposed as a community and civic center. The project aims to enhance fire safety in compliance with current codes and standards to protect occupants. All inquiries relating to the specifications or proposal procedure should be directed in writing through e-mail to the Project Manager at projectmanager@townofbluffutah.gov. The last day and time to submit questions will be 5:00 p.m. on April 24, 2026.
