Remodeling of a clubhouse / community center in Bluff, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 20,000-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
Town of Bluff invites qualified contractors to submit bids for window replacement at the Cooperative Cultural Center, located at 630 E Black Locust Avenue, Bluff, Utah 84512. The building, originally constructed in the early 1950s as Bluff Elementary and remodeled several times, is being repurposed as a community and civic center. The project aims to prepare the site for remodeling. The facility is approximately a 20,000 square foot, single-story structure. The scope of services includes removal and replacement of all fourteen (14) single-pane windows, site stabilization, dust/noise mitigation, and safe site restoration. Construction Documents specify: WD-2: 9 windows, WD-3: 3 windows, WD-4: 1 window, WD-5: 1 window. All asbestos will be removed or mitigated by a certified asbestos mitigator prior to work commencing.
