Berkeley County Public Service Sewer District (Owner) is Requesting Bids for the Construction of the Following Project: Contract #14 - Whitebush Landing Pumping Station Thrasher The Project Includes the Following Work: 1 Ls Mobilization/demobilization; 1 Ls Pre-construction Video Recording; 1 Ls Erosion and Sediment Controls; 75 Lf 8" Pvc Sdr-35 Gravity Sewer Pipe (9-12' Deep); 295 Lf 8" Pvc Sdr-35 Gravity Sewer Pipe (12'-15' Deep); 294 Lf 2" Hdpe Dr-13.5 Forcemain Pipe; 30 Lf 4" Steel Casing Pipe With 2" Carrier Pipe (Open Cut); 20 Lf 4" Pvc Sdr-35 Sanitary Sewer Service Lateral; 1 Ea 8"X4" Wye Connection; 1 Ea4" Sanitary Sewer Cleanout; 4 Ea Manhole, 48" Inside Diameter, Base, Cone Top, and Watertight Frame and Cover; 25 Vf Manhole Riser Piping; 1 Ea Connection of New Force main to Existing Manhole; 4 EA Reconnection of Existing Sewer to New Manhole; 1 LS Whitebush Landing Pump Station, Complete; 1 LS Demolition of Existing Pump Station & Pump Reservoir; 20 LF Asphalt Pavement Repair; 668 LF Restoration of Disturbed Area; 6 LF Rip Rap Ditch Repair. A Bidder May Not Withdraw His Bid for a Period of Ninety (90) Days After the Date Set for the Opening of Bids. Bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond Payable to Berkeley County Public Service Sewer District in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Base Bid. Contractor is Required to Provide the Drug Free Workplace Certification in Accordance With Wv Code 21- 1d-5. All Bidders Are Required to Have a West Virginia Contractor's License Per Section 30-42-12 of the West Virginia Code. The Berkeley County Public Service Sewer District Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids.
