For Maintenance, Enhancement and Retrofit of Storm Water Management Pond No public Bid Information to display 1.This project provides for the maintenance, enhancement, and retrofit of the stormwater management pond located at 10455 Armstrong St. The pond drains approximately 3.49 acres from George Mason Blvd and adjacent neighborhoods. The pond retrofit project includes installation of a sediment forebay and an increase in pond treatment volume. A vegetative bench has been included in the design and sinuosity has been added to the pond floor to increase stormwater hydraulic residence time. The pollutant reduction credits generated by this project will be applied to the city's Chesapeake Bay TMDL. 2. CONTRACT TERM: The term of the contract shall be 180 days from notice to proceed, the Contractor shall achieve Final Completion within thirty (30) Days after the Contract Completion Date
