For the contract to supply bridge engineering services for 2 County owned bridges Phase 1-Usk Bridge Routine Inspection Scope of Work 1. Routine Inspection, including coding for Bridgeworks. Field inspection to be completed entirely in the month of August 2023. 2. Underwater Inspection of piers to be completed entirely in the month of August 2023. 3. Traffic Control for entire duration of inspection (Evergreen Safety Council compliant). 4. Final inspection reports and evaluations shall be provided in written form and .pdf to the Engineer and Bridgeworks coding completed by October 15, 2023. Phase 2-Ione Bridge Fracture Critical & Routine Inspection and Underwater Inspection Scope of Work 1. Fracture Critical & Routine Inspection, including coding for Bridgeworks. Field inspection to be completed entirely in the month of August 2023. 2. Underwater Inspection of piers to be completed entirely in the month of August 2023. 3. Traffic Control for entire duration of inspection (Evergreen Safety Council compliant). 4. Final inspection reports and evaluations shall be provided in written form and .pdf to the Engineer and Bridgeworks coding completed by October 15, 2023. The proposal shall include the following (Limit to maximum of 15 pages, including title page): 1. Approach to this project 2. Proposed methodology 3. Proposed timeline 4. Resources available for this project (personnel, equipment, sub-consultants, etc.) 5. Portfolio- Include similar work, customer reviews, awards, etc. Evaluation will be made with the following Criteria: 1. Ability to perform this project within the mandated timeframe- 40 points available 2. Prior knowledge of these 2 structures- 30 points available 3. Submitted written presentation-30 points available The County Engineer will select the top 3 firms for phone interviews. The final candidate will be selected from these interviews. The County Engineer reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality in the proposals and to accept such proposal or proposals, as may be deemed in the best interest of Pend Oreille County.
