Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Davie, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project seeks to convert the t-ball quad sports field to artificial turf. By converting the field to artificial turf, the playability of the fields will be improved and allow the PRCA Sports Division to increase programming within youth athletics. The field would be converted into a true multiuse field by removing the catch basin in the middle of the field and permanently lining the field for additional sports. To date, the t-ball quad is solely used for t-ball based on the current drainage configuration. In addition, funding will be used to provide site furnishings, fencing, netting, bleachers, walkways, lighting, shade canopies, and other improvements as needed. This project is in included in the Town of Davie FY 2023-2032 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
