The Purchasing Division, in conjunction with the Division of Parks, Trails, & Building Grounds, the Department of Open Space & Natural Resources, the Department of Road & Bridge, the Douglas County Fairgrounds, and the Moore Road Facility/EVOC Track of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests bids from responsible, qualified companies for the provision of Portable Restroom Buildings and Associated Services at specified locations within Douglas County, Colorado. Buyers Requirements General Requirements - FOB Destination - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Local Service Required - Onsite Maintenance Required - Payment by Credit Card - Spill Containment Plan Please submit two (2) hard-copies of your bid response in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked with the Invitation for Bid (IFB) information listed above. Mail or hand carry all bid responses to Douglas County Government, Finance Department, Purchasing Division, 100 Third Street, Suite 130, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104, prior to the due date and time. Electronic/faxed bid responses will not be accepted. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to see that their bid is received on time. Bids will not be considered which are received after the time stated, and any bids so received will be returned unopened. If the closure of Douglas County buildings occurs on the day of the bid opening, the bid response must be delivered to the Purchasing Division before 12 noon on the following business day.
