Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jupiter, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project Description: This Project Aims to Improve Intersection Operational Efficiency by Adding Aneastbound Left-turn Storage Lane and a Bypass Through Lane on Toney Penna Drive (Tpd), as Well as An exclusive Left-turn Lane on the Southbound Approach at the Tpd and Bush Road Intersection. These improvements Are Designed to Facilitate Left-turn Movements From Bush Road and Enhance the Overall Level of Service at the Intersection. Additional Improvements Include the Installation of a Crosswalk and Drainage system Between the Jupiter Village Park Entrance and the Timber walk Community Driveway. The Scope work Includes, but is Not Limited to: Mobilization, Maintenance of Traffic, Clearing and Grubbing, Erosion control, Removal of Existing Concrete, Embankment, Pavement Widening, Milling and Resurfacing installation of Drainage Structures, Concrete Curb and Gutter, Traffic Separators, Sidewalks and Driveways, Signage, Pavement Markings and Raised Pavement Markers, Detectable Warnings, and Sodding. End of the Day Prior to the Pre-bid Conference in Orderto Obtain the Necessary Information to Attend the Meeting Remotely. The Pre-bid Conference and Bidopening Are Public Meetings. Bid Bond in Accordance With Section 12.1 of the Invitation to Bid, Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by Abid Bond Acceptable to the Town and Be in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Amount. Payment and Performance Bonds: the Firm Awarded the Contract Must Submit a 100% Payment Bondand 100% Performance Bond That Are Acceptable to the Town and Meet the Requirements of the Contractdocuments.
