Site work for a civil project in Jupiter, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a development.

Project Description: The scope of work consists of but is not limited to obtaining any requiredmaintenance of traffic approvals, the removal of existing vegetation, tree/shrub installation, irrigationsystem repairs, St. Augustine sod installation, landscape soil installation, Limestone boulders installation,and sustaining installed trees/shrubs during an establishment period along 12 major arterial roadways inthe Town of Jupiter. The project limits are A1A (from just south of Marcinski Road to just north ofOcean Walk Boulevard), Alternate A1A (from just south of Fredrick Small Road to Toney Penna Drive),Central Boulevard (from just east of Egret Landing Boulevard to just south of Indiantown Road), CoastalWay/Riverwalk, Cypress Drive (just north of Riverside Drive to just south of Division Street/Pine View),Fredrick Small Road (Medians east of Military Trail), Heights Boulevard (just south of Flemming Streetto just north of Donald Ross Road), Indiantown Road (from the median just west of Central Boulevard tothe median just east of US Highway 1), Island Way (from the Beacon Park entrance to just north ofJupiter Isles Boulevard), Military Trail (from just north of Indian Creek Parkway to Indiantown Road),Toney Penna Drive and Pennock Lane Intersection, and US Highway 1 (from the median just south ofMarcinski Road to just south of Indiantown Road). Bid Bond In accordance with Section 12.1 of the Invitation to Bid, each bid must be accompanied by aBid Bond acceptable to the Town and be in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount. Payment and Performance Bonds: The firm awarded the Contract must submit a 100% Payment Bondand 100% Performance Bond that are acceptable to the Town and meet the requirements of the contractdocuments. TOWN reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities, irregularities and technicalities not involving price, time or changes in the commodities and/or services, and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids. Question Deadline 10/24/2024 If a Bidder is in doubt as to the meaning of any of the Bid Documents, or is of the opinion that the plans and/or specifications contain errors, contradictions, or reflect omissions, the Bidder shall submit a written request (by U.S. mail, overnight courier service, i.e. FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. or facsimile) directed to: Town of Jupiter Director of Engineering and Public Works 210 Military Trail Jupiter, Florida 33458 Phone No. (561) 741-2215 Fax No. (561) 741-2515 In order for any such request to be given consideration, the written request must be received by the Director of Engineering and Public Works at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids.
