Site work for a water / sewer project in Jupiter, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Watermains installed in Riverbend Country Club constructed in 1973 consist of asbestos cement (AC) pipe with inoperable isolation and hydrant valves. Meanwhile, many hydrants and water services are in poor condition. Phase 1 of this project, provided for replacement of valves, hydrants, water services and associated sections of AC watermain in locations where drainage improvements by Riverbend Country Cub HOA occurred. Phase 2 includes replacement of valves, hydrants, water services and sections of AC watermains in other problematic areas of Riverbend Country Club, predominantly on SE Woodhaven Lane. As of April 17, 2028, this project is included in the Town of Jupiter's Fiscal Year 2024-2028 CIP and funding is allotted for construction in FY 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change. The content management team will continue to pursue additional details as they become available.
