As of December 22, 2022, a design engineer has not been selected. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference RACW seeks proposals from qualified engineering/architectural firms in support of Washington County's Community Development Block Grant and Local Share Account Programs. RACW intends to select a firm to provide engineering/architectural services for the Donora Dek Hockey Project Nos. CD 18-10, CD 22-06 and LS 22-07. The specific services being sought by RACW are identified in RFP #731. This project is the construction of a new (approx.155 lf x 80 lf) dek hockey facility in Palmer Park. The scope of the project includes but is not limited to the playing surface, dasher boards, benches, public seating/bleachers, lighting, scoreboard, parking, sidewalks and landscaping. The new facility will replace the old rink that was removed. All qualified proposers will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religious creed, ancestry, national origin, age, handicap or sex. RACW is an equal opportunity agency.
