Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Denver City, Texas. Working plans call for the construction of a 7,132-square-foot fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

The work to be executed as herein is described and shown on drawings entitled New Police Department Facility for Denver City in Denver City, Texas 79323. New construction consists of the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, and services necessary or reasonably incidental to complete the construction of the aforementioned project on a site shown and described on the drawings. The general construction consists of new construction of a 7,132-sf building. Construction consists generally of site work, site utilities, earthwork, concrete paving, building foundation, masonry CMU & stone, misc. steel, rough carpentry, trusses, millwork, foam insulation, interior finishes, metal panel, standing seam roof, structural steel, drywall, acoustical ceiling, doors & frames, hardware, glass & glazing, painting, bath accessories, interior signage, fire sprinkler, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, generator, fire alarm and security system. This is a General Contractor project where all work will be performed under the General Contractor contract. All questions concerning the project details shall be directed to Level 5 Architecture. No addendums will be issued in the final week of bidding. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period of forty-five (45) days following the opening of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or portions thereof and to waive all formalities therewith.
