On an as-required and when-required basis, the Purchaser will secure the assistance of the qualified Proponents to provide architect services. Details are provided herein. The Preferred Proponent(s) shall be required to enter into the agreement ("Agreement") attached as Appendix A "OAA - Ontario Association of Architects Agreement Sample" with Appendix B "Supplementary Conditions of the OAA Agreement" upon each specific awarded project within this RFP (see Schedule B: Specifications and Scope of Work for a listing of projects). The term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period of two (2) years from December 2022 to December 2024.
