Also replace existing 6 inch water main. This watermain has no services off from it, look at funding with water fund. 7th Street S. from Dakota Ave. to Fargo Ave.: New curb and gutter, subgrade preparation, geotextile fabric, edge drains, aggregate base course, and 5.5 inches of bituminous pavement. Extend 6 inch watermain to Fargo Ave. to service Three Rivers Decorating and Snap Fitness. Replace the 8 Inch sanitary sewer Line. 8th St. S. from Dakota Ave. to the railroad tracks: New curb and gutter, subgrade preparation, geotextile fabric, edge drains, aggregate base course, and 5.5 inches of bituminous pavement. Also replace existing 12 inch water main. This watermain has no services off from it, look at funding with water fund. Fargo Ave. from 8th St. to 9th St.: Replace the existing bituminous alley with 15' wide concrete alley. Parking area on south side of alley is planned with crushed concrete to help keep costs down. Consideration should be given to extending storm sewer to Fargo Ave. to pick up additional storm water. Consideration should also be given to extending sanitary sewer from Dakota Ave. to Fargo Ave. for lot development/connection to city sewer and water. Project to be coordinated with project number 510 Dakota Ave. Side Streets Phase 2. The project is included in the city's 2023-2027 capital improvement plan (CIP).
