Renovation of a parking garage in Fort Collins, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The Contract Documents provide for the construction of Bid 9692. The scope of work consists of providing structural repairs per Martin/Martin drawings dated September 29, 2022, for the Civic Center Parking Structure and Old Town Parking Structure. Normal City business hours are 7:00AM to 5:00PM. The selected Contractor is required to make provisions in their BID for any work that is required to be done outside of normal work hours or on the weekends. The selected Contractor is required to communicate with the City Project Manager 48 hours in advance for a schedule adjustment.
