Ohio Museum Complex - Lin Hall HVACImprovements Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond, in an amountof 100% of the bid amount with a surety satisfactory to the aforesaid Athens County Commissioners, or by certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit from a solvent bankin the amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount in favor ofthe aforesaid Athens County Commissioners. Bid Bonds shall beaccompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signingthe bond Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained inthis bid packet, particularly to the Federal Davis-Bacon Wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions,and the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for100% of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw their bid within ninety (90) days after theactual date of the bid opening thereof. The Athens County Commissioners reserve the right to waive any informality or to rejectany or all bids. Estimate of Probable Cost for total project is: $1,700,000.00 Estimate of Probable Cost for Alternate H1 is: $ 165,000.00 Estimate of Probable Cost for Alternate H2 is: $ 62,000.00
