Eastern Kentucky University is seeking bids from qualified companies for concrete replacement in several high traffic areas on campus. Substantial Date for Completion: 7/14/2023 Questions Due By: 12/7/2022 no later than 4:00PM - Submit via the Q&A board within this electronic solicitation event. Liquidated Damages: - $200 until Substantial Completion - $100 until Final Completion Please note if an addendum is issued after you have submitted your bid, you must go back into the system to acknowledge the addendum and resubmit your bid This invitation is for concrete replacement at various locations as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond, KY Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete project including all items as indicated throughout the attached specifications. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Eastern Kentucky University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple suppliers/contracts if in the best interest of the university.
