Port Dalhousie WWTP Upgrades Contract 2. Scope to include: new inlet/bypass channel; screen building and process modifications; upgrades to chlorine contact tank isolation gates; biofilter upgrades; new administration building; structural modifications to the digester building; replacement and upgrades of plant-wide MCC's; replacement and decommissioning of 12 RPU's; and a new plant entrance with laneway and parking lot modifications. TIMELINE: Detailed design is 100% complete. Project has been placed on hold until funding has been approved to advance the project to construction. The tentative schedule for construction is 2026 provided that funding is approved to proceed to the tender phase. Further update spring 2026.
