Port Dalhousie WWTP Upgrades Contract 2. Scope to include: new inlet/bypass channel; screen building and process modifications; upgrades to chlorine contact tank isolation gates; biofilter upgrades; new administration building; structural modifications to the digester building; replacement and upgrades of plant-wide MCC's; replacement and decommissioning of 12 RPU's; and a new plant entrance with laneway and parking lot modifications. TIMELINE: Plans are complete. Project has been placed on hold until funding has been approved to advance the project to construction. Tender and construction were anticipated early 2026, however to date no tender has been issued. Further update late summer 2026.
