The City of Prospect Heights, Illinois (the "City") is seeking proposals from qualified janitorial services companies (the "Contractor") who specialize in environmentally friendly office space cleaning and that can perform janitorial services twice a week at City Hall, once a week at the Public Works Facility, and twice a week at the Police Department during overnight hours. It is a requirement that security clearance be granted for overnight access to City Hall, the Public Works Facility and Police Center, thus all personnel responsible for janitorial activities and that will be providing services on site at City Hall, Public Works, and at the Police Center are required to successfully complete a fingerprint and background investigation. The City of Prospect Heights reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any and all technicalities or to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the City of Prospect Heights.
