The City complies with state and federal laws prohibiting discrimination on the basis of any protected status and commits to nondiscrimination in all of its programs and activities. The City of Sequim reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any irregularities or information in the evaluation process. The final decision is the sole decision of the City of Sequim, and the respondents to this formal request have no appeal rights or procedures guaranteed to them. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
