Renovation of a mixed-use development in Palmer, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of February 2, 2023, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Matanuska-Susitna Borough School District (MSBSD) will consider bids from qualified individuals and firms for the provision of Seismic Mitigation Upgrades. MSBSD personnel will be available. All questions will be answered in writing and issued as an addendum to the bid documents. The MSBSD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any minor technicalities, informalities, and/or irregularities as it deems appropriate.
