Plumbing Construction – Vision Mechanical, Inc. $54,858.00 Contract No. 4. Electrical Construction – Pagoda Electrical, Inc. $80,000.00. TOTAL CONSTRUC TION COST - $2,802,592.00 The scope of work includes: Partial Demolition of the existing Swimming Pool, replacement of the existing recirculation gutter, filtration equipment, deck equipment, tile finish, and timing/scoring system to the Schuylkill Valley Middle School. Prime Contracts: 01 General 02 HVAC 03 Plumbing 04 Electrical Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, a certified check, a cashier's check or a bid bond of an approved Surety Company in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid. Check or bond shall be drawn in favor of Schuylkill Valley School District. Notice is given that this construction work for which bids are being solicited constitutes a public works project subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. 987, as amended and supplemented. Appropriate prevailing minimum rates, as promulgated under provisions of said Act, must be paid by contractors in connection with performance of the necessary work. Notice is also given that this project is subject to the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, the Act of October 27, 1955, P.L. 744, as amended and supplemented. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive, at his discretion, any or all irregularities, mistakes, omissions, or informalities relative thereto.
