The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting proposals from qualified A/E consultants to facility design support, building assessments, and other related services described in the scope. The intent of the work is to efficiently support project design and development, facility assessments, and overall project planning and execution throughout the Borough on projects typically categorized as vertical construction. Award of this project is subject to the availability of funding. The services of the Consultant shall commence upon execution of this Agreement by both parties and shall be completed by June 30, 2024. The period of performance may be extended for two additional one-year periods only by the mutual written agreement of the parties. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
