Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
All labor, material and equipment for construction of the following contract: Scope of Construction: Water Treatment Plant No. 15 2023 Improvements Project: The major elements of work including, but not limited to: . The addition of three (3) separate chlorine closets within the existing chemical room. Chlorine closets will open only to the building exterior. . Associated architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. . Concrete access sidewalk for delivery and maintenance. Each proposal must have with it a bid guarantee in the amount of five [5] percent of the bid, submitted in the form as required by section 1200 of the General Requirements and Covenants in the Bidding Documents, as a guarantee the bidder will enter into a contract with the city of Minnetonka in accordance with the terms of the bid, in case the bidder is awarded the contract.
