East Moline Correctional Center is seeking to procure the repair of several electric motors. Only electronic responses shall be accepted. Regular hourly rate for repair of Baldor Electric Motor - Model #286TSC, HP 40, Volts 230/460, RPMs 3525, Amps 96/46. Requires complete renovation and rewind. Motor shall be disassembled, cleaned completely, and any components that cannot be cleaned and restored to new condition shall be replaced with new, unless otherwise stipulated, and compliant with applicable manufacturer's specifications. Components shall include pulleys, covers, bearings, housings, fans, shrouds, capacitators, connectors, fasteners, and wires/coils. Motor shall be tested by Vendor and the results of the test shall be provided to the Center upon return of the rebuilt motor.
