Completion Date: Feb. 2, 2024 All bids rejected Description: The work for this project will be performed at the site of the existing Village of Neshkoro Main Sewage Lift Station. This Contract shall include all labor and equipment including general, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation work. The Contractor shall be responsible for constructing, modifying, and maintaining in service the sewage system associated with the replacement of the Main Sewage Lift Station at all times unless specifically indicated otherwise. The Owner's operating personnel will be responsible for operating existing and new facilities in accordance with the construction sequence and schedule. At no time shall the Contractor's personnel, equipment, or material prevent the access by Owner's staff to any item of equipment, piping, wiring, or controls. The Contractor shall notify the Engineer one week in advance of the time that is necessary to take out of service an existing sewage lift station, piping, or electrical circuit, or to bypass any portion of the sewage lift stations, force mains, or sanitary sewers. Bypassing of untreated or partially treated wastewaters to surface waters, storm sewers, or drainage courses will not be permitted during construction. The Contractor shall forward flow to the WWTP located just southeast of the station. The existing Main Sewage Lift Station was constructed in 1973. The Main Sewage Lift Station is located approximately 350 feet north of the intersection of S State Street and E Wall Street, near a gravel lot on a Village owned parcel off of S State Street.
