Site work and paving for a road / highway in Neshkoro, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of Neshkoro is requesting sealed bids for pulverizing, grading, compacting, adding gravel if needed, and paving approximately 2 miles on Deerborn Lane from the eastern town limits heading west to 22nd Avenue, and then south on 22nd Avenue to Duck Creek Ave/DD, approximately 10,880 linear feet. Paving is to be done with 2 inches of binder and 1.5 inches of surface at a width of 20 feet, with a 2-foot limestone gravel shoulder. The contractor will provide signage during the road work. Specifications and special provisions for the project can be obtained from the Town Clerk. Bids must be received by 4:00 pm April 6, 2026. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and accept the bid most advantageous to the Town.
