Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Site Directions: Behind Pet Skull Brewery, 1015 Buffalo Street, Manitowoc WI This Contract consists of the construction of "Former Junk Yard Cleanup at River Point" at the previous Junk Yard which includes the area south of Petskull Brewing Company. The construction work includes excavation and haul off, disposal at landfill, and importing and compacting clean fill. Also included are erosion control measures, installing a concrete curb & sidewalk section, placing topsoil and seed, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. The Contractor shall furnish all of the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supplies for completing all work included in this contract. Additional Description: A Bid Bond or Surety 2000 in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each proposal as a guaranty.
