Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Kenai, Alaska. Completed plans call for the construction of a 970-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to provide all labor & materials to construct a 970 square foot portable classroom at the Votec Site per contract documents. The Votec Site is located on Lawton Drive across from the Kenai Central High School. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. Allows zero unit prices and labor Yes Allows negative unit prices and labor Yes Q And A Deadline: January 25, 2023 by 5:00 Pm. To accept the provisions of the Instructions to Bidders. To furnish all labor and materials and to accomplish the works and/or services in accordance with the Bid Documents. The undersigned declares, under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States, that neither he/she nor the firm, association or corporation of which he/she is a member, has, either directly or indirectly, entered into any agreement, participated in any collusion, or otherwise taken any action in restraint of free competitive bidding in connection with this bid.
