The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM on January 17, 2023. The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish and deliver prestressed members for Rte 689 in Page County, in the Staunton District of the Virginia Department of Transportation, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, in accordance with the specifications contained herein during the contract period. Award will be made on a Grand Total basis. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: One time purchase to be delivered on or before May 10, 2023 (non-renewable) This solicitation is designated as a set-aside in accordance with the Small Business Enhancement Award Priority as a Small Business Set-Aside Award Priority: Reference General Term and Condition, paragraph Z, and Special Term and Condition paragraph A. A prebid conference will not be held for this solcitaiton, however, by submitting a bid, the Contractor agrees that they have viewed the structure and understands all that this solicitation entails.
