Source ID PP.CO.MB.964845.C109103 The O-Chi-Chak-Ko-Sipi First Nation and Indigenous Services Canada invite qualified suppliers to submit proposals for the Water Treatment Equipment and Controls Package for the O-Chi-Chak-Ko-Sipi Water Treatment Plant Upgrade The O-Chi-Chak-Ko-Sipi First Nation are undertaking a water system upgrade, which includes construction of a new water treatment plant and reservoir. Construction of these works is planned to start in Summer 2023. This RFP is to select the Supply Contractor for these works. The General Contractor will be selected in 2023. The Water Treatment Plant shall produce 7.6 L/s of water meeting all federal and provincial guidelines. It will use a pre-treatment system, and ultrafiltration and nanofiltration membranes (UF/NF) to remove hardness, ammonia, manganese, iron, and total dissolved solids among other parameters of concern. Disinfection will occur through addition of sodium hypochlorite. The equipment package will include equipment and controls integration for the plant. No bidders meeting is planned for this RFP. Final bid amounts will not be made public.
