The Project includes the following Work: All necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials for; the installation of a new sanitary sewer main and associated manholes and services from an existing sanitary sewer main at the north side of the Midland Avenue Bridge, north along Midland Avenue to the existing sanitary sewer main running along the north side of Two Rivers Road within the Basalt Center Circle parking lot. It also includes the noted modifications to the existing 8 water main at the north side of the Midland Avenue Bridge as it crosses the new sanitary sewer main. All equipment replacements include demolition and removal and replacement of existing hardscape as denoted on Contract Drawings. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The last date for questionsto be answered by the Engineer is 4:00 P.M., January 20, 2023.
