The City of Burlington ("the City") is seeking proposals from qualified planning, engineering and construction firms to conduct an assessment of the Church Street Marketplace ("the Marketplace"), identify settling, heaving and broken brickwork and provide a report prioritizing the identified repairs. The Church Street Marketplace is a 4 block, outdoor pedestrian mall in the heart of downtown Burlington, VT which had its first two blocks opened in 1981. Since that time, the Marketplace expanded to its current 4 blocks and has had a full electrical upgrade. Questions must be submitted by Email by March 1, 2023. Responses will be posted to the City's website no later than March 8, 2023. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
