Site work for a water / sewer project in Burlington, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Burlington is seeking proposals from fencing and general construction contractors for the removal and disposal of an existing wooden fence followed by the installation of a new vinyl fence at the site of the removed fence. The fence is located adjacent to the 08 Stormwater Treatment Pond located at 800 Pine St., Burlington, VT, 05401 Required Duties The scope of work for this project includes demolition and disposal of the existing fencing and associated support posts and installation of a new 6' high vinyl privacy fence equivalent to the example fence details shown in Exhibit G. The fence will be installed per manufacturer specifications provided by the chosen contractor (see example provided in Exhibit H). The existing wooden privacy fence is approximately 490 LF and consists of failing fence segments and support posts.
