Saving Project...

Renovation of a residential development in Santa Barbara, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,403-square-foot, two-story above grade residential development.

Project consists of demolition and new construction to create a commercial kitchen in an occupied emergency homeless shelter. Work includes but is not limited to addition of interior space by incorporating exterior space under adjacent stairs, electrical service upgrade, new rooftop make-up air units and kitchen exhaust fans, kitchen equipment, and kitchen exhaust hood with automatic hood extinguishing system. All work will be required to meet current code compliance. QUESTIONS: All questions MUST be submitted electronically through the Public Purchase Portal (www.publicpurchase.com) on or before 3:00 P.M., Monday, March 13, 2023. Any changes or additional information needed for bidding will be provided in an Addendum posted on the Public Purchase site. Contractors shall be responsible for addendums. The successful CONTRACTOR (after receiving the Notice to Proceed) shall have 180 calendar days to complete all work called for under the Contract Documents Standard Performance Bond and Standard Labour Material Payment Bond and a one (1) year Maintenance (Warranty) Bond, both with an approved surety acceptable to the Owner or Designated Representative and each payable in the amount at least equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the accepted bid
