Summit County Facilities Maintenance Department is soliciting proposals to have roof, gutter and downspout heat tape cable systems removed and replaced at 2 of their facilities located at the Summit County Landfill. The best proposal will be selected for award based upon consideration of qualifications, relevant experience, schedule, and cost. The full Request for Proposals may be found at portal. The Summit County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities, and to conduct such investigations or negotiations as it deems necessary to select the most responsible and responsive proposal. The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies and other incidentals necessary to provide new roof, gutter and downspout heat tape cable systems at these selected facilities.
