The project consists of but is not limited to Limited demolition of existing roadway, Construction of new concrete seawall with all required excavation, backfill, finishing and paving as required for Nantasket Avenue Seawall The purpose of this invitation for bids is to procure bids to construct the first phase of the new concrete seawall at Nantasket Avenue. Location: Nantasket Avenue between Fitzpatrick Way and Point Allerton Avenue, Hull, MA This work is estimated at $3,475,150.00. -Limited demolition of the existing roadway including saw-cutting, excavation, grading and compaction; - Excavation, compaction, backfill, geotextile fabric preparation and crushed stone for structure base; -Construction new concrete seawall including forms, steel reinforcing, curing, sealing & finishing - Bituminous concrete roadway patch repair - Restoration of disturbed areas -Stockpile of suitable material for Phase 2 of Nantasket Seawall Written Questions shall be submitted to: Attn: Christopher Gardner, Director Hull DPW 253 Atlantic Ave Hull, MA 02045 Email: cgardner@town.hull.ma.us Phone: 781-925-0900 Fax: 781-925-0401 Construction of new reinforced concrete seawall with partial demolition of existing concrete seawall and partial demolition of roadway.
