Interior modifications and enclosing the open concession areas with glazing to allow for the preparation and sale of hot food as required by the OCHCA Environmental Health Division. The modifications will require the removal of existing non-compliant equipment and finish materials and in some cases the relocation of interior walls as well as modification of related ceilings. Completion of this work will include electrical, mechanical and plumbing work to coordinate required power and plumbing for new equipment along with lighting and HVAC within the modified spaces. In support of these concessions spaces there will be minor civil engineering required to make the accessible parking spaces directly adjacent to each building Code compliant; and other items not mentioned here but are required by the plans and the Special Provisions.
