Cleveland TN. 37312 Ocoee Middle School 2250 N Ocoee St. Cleveland TN. 37311 Lake Forest 610 Kile Lake Road Cleveland Tn.37323 The following must be included in the bid pricing: o Tear off all existing roofs down to Existing Insulation and haul them away. o Ocoee Middle School and Lake Forest School are Metal B decking. North Lee Gymnasium has a tectum deck. Fastening requires owner approval. o Ocoee Middle School and Lake Forest School shall be mechanically Fastened 60mil TPO to metal deck. North Lee Elementary shall be mechanically fastened on all areas except the library, which shall be totally adhered to existing insulation.) o Replace any damaged or wet insulation (provide cost per sheet in quote) o Fasten Insulation as needed. o Install new Kynar Sheet metal at roof's edge. Reusing existing Guttering and wall cooping. o Clear and remove all debris from property. Any Damage to landscaping must be corrected. o Provide a 20-year warranty from Manufacturer Prefer Carlisle or Versico. o Workers must be employed by the company bidding on the project.
