Project Location MONUMENT ROAD AND PINE TREE ROAD For the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of the following items in the approximate quantities indicated: Quantity Item 1 LS Maintenance of Traffic 276 LF Bio Logs 14,015 SY Pulverizing Asphaltic Pavement 13 Each Exploratory Excavation 662 CY Subgrade Excavation 694 SY Geotextile Fabric 530 CY Granular Borrow (CV) 265 Ton Breaker Run 50CY Ditch Cleaning 3 Each Culvert Cleaning 204 LF Remove and Replace Culvert Pipe 12 Each Apron Endwalls 147 CY Aggregate Base Placed, Salvaged Bit 278 Ton Base Aggregate Dense, 1-1/4 inch 738 Ton Base Aggregate Dense, 3/4 inch 2,788 Ton Asphaltic Pavement 189 CY Topsoil Borrow 1,700 SY Turf Establishment 1,133 SY Erosion Mat. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through portal for bids to be accepted. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders Proof of Responsibility must be submitted to SEH in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Contractors on the Project shall be required to comply with the minimum wages in effect for the State of Wisconsin. The Town of Kinnickinnic reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Town.
