Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Roberts, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Village of Roberts Park Pavilion. Description: In general, the project consists of the following: Providing all materials and labor for the complete re-roofing of the existing Restroom/Concessions building including, but not limited to, complete tear off of existing shingles and underlayment, inspection of existing roof sheathing and replacement of damaged existing roof sheathing, removal and replacement of existing wood framed end walls. Provide new roofing and new wood framed end walls. Complete removal of existing exterior concrete slab, foundation walls and footings. Provide a new Pavilion with concrete slab, foundation walls, footings, roof, etc. as described in the Construction Documents prepared by Ayres Associates dated August 23, 2024.
