Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Roberts, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
In general, the project consists of the reconstruction of approximately 500 LF of urban asphalt street on Pleasant Street and 500 LF of urban asphalt street on Spring Street. Work will also include concrete driveway aprons, driveway pavement, insulating existing water main, approximately 90 LF of replacement sanitary sewer, driveway culverts and storm sewer system.
