Demolition, site work and addition to an educational facility in Roberts, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a 6,800-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
In general, the project consists of a new 6,800sf single story addition to the existing elementary school. The new addition will provide 4 new kindergarten classrooms, 4 new single stall bathrooms, and a commons flex space. Terracon Project No. MP225084 The Owner is considered a tax-exempt entity, therefore WI. Stat. 77.54(9m) will be utilized on this project. Construction is expected to begin March 2023 and complete in August 2023. Bids will be opened at the Market & Johnson Stillwater office. Bids will be opened in the presence of the school district representatives. Bid results will be released after approval by the St. Croix Central School District. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
