As of April 28, 2026 project was awarded to Total Excavating LLC awarded amount is $4,195,243.77. The project consists of constructing approximately 3 miles of 12-inch water main along 70th Avenue and 130th Street to establish a municipal distribution loop and provide connection to the Village of Roberts' new well and water tower (by others). The project also includes installation of approximately 3,500 linear feet of sanitary sewer, full reconstruction of 70th Avenue and 130th Street, culvert replacements, traffic control, pavement marking, and associated restoration. Bids shall be submitted in electronic format through Quest vBid. Immediately after the Bid Deadline, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at Village Hall. The bid opening will also be conducted using Microsoft Teams. Bidders may call the provided teleconference number to hear bid results announced.
